The ancient shiva temple "Bhattiyil Ambalam' stands serenely on the river banks of Nila river or 'BharathaPuzha'. It is assumed that the temple has 1700 years of heritage. Coincidentally in this year 2013, the temple will commemorate 25 years since the 'Prathishta Dinam'. This site hopes to record the history of this temple.
